Casa Rosaleda: A lovely apartment house centrally located in the Barrio Santiago run by a very kind and helpful English-speaking family that lives on site.  Read our review!

Riad: A House in Jerez A charming place located in the Barrio San Miguel very close to the center of town.  This is a one bedroom upstairs apartment with a view of the hills.  The owner also lives on site.

Stay with two of the most fabulous people in the world, Fernando and Lola (kind, mellow, lovers of the arts). They have a gorgeous place in Los Remedios. Not as central as some places but super tranquilo, right across from a huge park, and you have a very comfortable living space.
